The Cultural Centre of India was inaugurated on November 14, 2015 by Ambassador of India, H.E. Mr. P.S. Raghavan at a ceremony held in the Cultural and Educational Park «Ethnomir» near Moscow. A statue of Swami Vivekananda sculpted by Mr. Alexei Leonov and also unveiled on the occasion.
A big thank-you to the facilitators of the latest Aspiration week, Rakhal and team - Beatrice, Karen, Boomi, Veronique, Sheba and Leena - for a week for which I cannot find adequate words, except that it was an amazing gift, beyond any expectation I could have had. In decades of being connected to Auroville one way or another, this experience felt to me to come as close as I've ever felt to a touch of the Auroville that called us all here, the Auroville of our hearts' joined dreams, hopes, longings and aspirations...

Laura, Chris and big brother, Kai, are happy to announce the arrival of our little boy Ari.
He arrived early on Thursday 24th at home after a short and sweet labour attended by midwife superteam Hilde and Auradha.
We offer our sincere gratitude to Hilde and Auradha for their amazing work and to the community in general for all the well wishes over the past months.
A very enjoyable musical with great acting and singing and what amazing costumes and set design!!! In addition, such a good activity for the kids to be involved with during school break... thanks!
For your good and efficient service to clean our septic tank, for the first time in almost 30 years, so that we could repair the old pipes and thank you Poppo fior designing a septic system that works and continues to do so. The sludge which hardly smelt was easiy disposed off in the garden on a pile of old leaves and will be turned into compost soon..
... for sharing with us the gift of Music. The flute recital last Saturday evening was for me an experience beyond anything I can express. But it brought me a touch of understanding of what Sri Aurobindo describes when he says:
I have seen the beauty of immortal eyes,
And heard the passion of the Lover’s flute,
And known a deathless ecstasy’s surprise
And sorrow in my heart for ever mute.
