We are very thankful to Farewell's team, especially Suzie, Jasmine and Michael, who allowed us to hold a ceremony in this peaceful and beautiful place for the departing of my dear mother Yvonne Feuillette. Our meditation was in synchronicity with a family ceremony in France. Thanks also to the people who came or were in touch with us, all the big Auroville family whose thoughts and concentration helped for sure Yvonne's last journey.
Thanks to you to L'Aura and and team for doing this work and inviting all. I am happy to be a part of this movement towards more deep listening, restorative justice, love and win-win-win action plans in Auroville.
We would like to thank everyone in the Auroville community for coming and anyone who was involved in and helped with the open house. It was full of smiles, good food, great vibes, good people and all of our students (and teachers) enjoyed it immensly!
for changing your busy work schedule to attend to an urgent case immediately to relieve some pain... and imho the good news is that "small" things like this happen every day in Auroville.
A huge thank-you to Rajeev and team for being always ready to come to rescue with snake issues, even the trickiest ones! Rescuing a krait that had fallen into a small but deep open well - preventing it from being killed by workers who had been called for a pump repair - was no mean deal. It took two half-days, a lot of creativity, patience and finally a moment of luck for the team to capture the venomous snake for release in a safe place. Incidentally, Rajeev mentioned that they would welcome new members in the team!
After many years, Vanitha left Pour Tous yesterday to take another job, she was always nice, smart, efficient as well as a skilled kolam drawer, a warm and big thx to her... Best wishes for her new job...
