Last night, on the Auroville roads, I finally met someone on a bike who lowered his headlights at a certain distance before crossing me. When I crossed him, I recognized Adhara. Thank you, Adhara !
...and thanks to the few ones who, on a bike or in a car, lower the headlights upon crossing another vehicle... unfortunately, it does not happen often...
I was so overwhelmed by the love and affection showered on me on my 90th birthday last week. The greetings, the gifts, the flood of lovely flowers - our house was decorated beyond recognition in a riot of colours.
The evening get together arranged at the Tibetan Pavilion was unique.
Kamla and I were deeply touched and moved by the spontaneity of the greetings of friends from Auroville and the Ashram, and especially the presence of the elders.
We wish to sincerely thank you for helping us by taking on so many extra classes that helped cover the gap during summer breaks. We are very grateful for your dedication and skillful care and look forward to your new series of Asthanga vinyasa flow.
Future School would like to extend their immense gratitude to all those units and individuals who participated in our school fund-raiser/ library inauguration and made it such a wonderful success last Friday.
The students and staff had a great day celebrating our togetherness in a group activity, we were able to thank Piero and Gloria for their service in designing our beautiful school spaces over the many years, and we were able to show case the new library building to the rest of the community.
Thanks for showing us the possibility of growing our own food in a simple way, and also for helping Auroville to develop a stronger sense of community.around the project.
