THANK YOU from the land fundraisers

Today, Auroville still needs to purchase  approx. 50% of the land of the master plan area. The land needs all of us to help consolidate and safeguard Auroville`s master plan area.  

We send our heartfelt thanks to all our land donors! We could raise 50 000 Rs Together. We would like to express our gratitude to all those who gave their energy to make the “fundraising dinner for Auroville`s land” on 9. January at the Visitor Center happen:

I very much appreciated the column in the 24th N&N about the environmental impacts of clothing.  I moved to Auroville in 1995, and everything, wardrobes included, were so much more simple and humble then.  It has saddened me to see flashy consumption become closer to the norm here (as everywhere) rather than the exception.

My neighbour at Vikas is a good neighbour. We had a friendly bat at our basement apartment and I do not how to deal with it.
