Jesse and his team need to be congratulated for their very successful production of "Message in a bottle".The production had many pluses-the electronic backdrop to the stage was something I saw for the first time and found quite spectacular,the costumes were very professionally designed,so many people got a chance to be on stage and some displayed a real talent-Natasha,lily and Ahilya in particular,and most of all a sharing like this brings the community together more than anything else.Enjoyed it thoroughly.
A big thank you to all those who made this Navratri celebration so beatiful and memorable. I am very grateful to them for bringing lots of fun and laughs to my life. These colours, music, songs and dance (and food))) created a magical atmosphere, a unique space where people could connect to each other regardless of their age, profession, ethnic and linguistic background, feel a positive vibe of togetherness and spirit of human unity.
When a lightning strike knocked out our telephones and fans, along with the equipment of many other Aurovilians, we expected to have to wait for many days until normal service was restored.
But both Telephone Service and Sunlit Future turned up yesterday afternoon and quickly and efficiently resolved our problems.
This is great work, a fine example of the dedication of the people in our service sector.
Thanks Divakar, you inspired and we cast that inner staircase in the beginning of the 90's, so very difficult. Two failed attempts you told me. You had been thinking about how to do it for years and you figured it out. Thanks.
You set the marking points with the water hose pipe level, and we did our best and it is there. Divakar!
